This design is a tribute to the artist’s late daughter, Loxly, and her love for animals and the beach. It shows a sea turtle heading back to the ocean after laying its eggs on the shore, leaving a trail of footprints behind.

Just like Loxly’s, these footprints are only temporary, reminding us how precious and fleeting life can be.

The  bench is made from recycled plastic by Replas - Recycled Plastic Products and aims to minimise the amount of plastics ending up in landfill & in our precious waterways​​
